  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes!  At Advocare Marlton Young Adult Health we are accepting all new patients 16 to 40 years of age.  Please contact us and we will get get you an appointment in a timely fashion.   
  • My children are seen at Marlton Pediatrics. As their parent, Can I become a patient at Young Adult Health?

    Yes!  We encourage all of our families with babies at Marlton Pediatrics to become patients at Marlton Young Adult Health.  Now your primary care doctor and your baby's pediatrican can be a part of the same integrated care team.  
  • Do I see the same doctors I have always seen at Marlton Pediatrics at Young Adult Health?

    At Marlton Young Adult Health, Dr. Kim Palermo will be seeing all new patients over the age of 16.  If there is a particular provider who you have seen at Marlton Pediatrics and your child has now aged into our Young Adult Health office, that doctor will continue to see them until their eventual transition to adult care with Dr. Palermo.  
  • Are same day appointments available?

    Yes, at Marlton Young Adult Health, we strive to accommodate all of your needs and provide you with the care you have expected and grown with at our pediatric office. 
  • Do I need to transfer records from Marlton Pediatrics to Marlton Young Adult Health?

    No.  Our electronic medical records are integrated.  When you are seen at Marlton Young Adult Health your vaccine records and medical information all gets instantly transferred.  This provides a seamless transition into young adult care.
